Centrifugal fan with cold cost iron/Aluminium impeller
Impeller
Centrifugal fan impellers are made of Aluminum with backward , according aerodynamics design the impeller have high efficiency and low power
Maximum tip speed of the impeller is 70m/s
Outstanding characteristic is with stable performance and low noise , and the impeller is balanced according to G2.5 to DIN ISO 1940/1 .
Inside of the impeller the GG-hub is fixed with locked bush . The blade is made of stainless steel or steel .
Inlet cone
The inlet cone is made of sheet steel and is a special part , it can lead air into impeller stably .
Wrap part
Wrap part of impeller and inlet cone is design to ensure impeller performance and take care to protect , this wrap part manufacture with aerodynamic via special testing .
This type including 13 kinds of centrifugal fans , the diameter of impeller is 250mm, 280mm, 315mm , 355mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 560mm, 630mm, 710mm, 800mm, 900mm,1000mm .
This kind of centrifugal fan is widely used in subsidiary equipment for various air condition units , and other heating and cooling equipment , dusting equipment .
